PREMIUM-THERME, the warm water panel tested by DLG (German Agricultural Association), 500 mm wide x 600 mm long, is a plastic panel made of polypropylene- copolymer. Warm water flows through the integrated tube made of stainless steel heating the water filled into the spaces in between the panels. Thermal insulation is guaranteed by an air cushion with a thickness of 20 mm. For more than 18 years now, the warm-water panel has been successfully used in farrowing pens and nurseries all over the world. The panels are complemented by the PREMIUM control units for 2 and 4 circuits. The perfect and even heat distribution has been confirmed in the DLG test report 5833F. The percentage of surface area with advantageous temperatures (37 - 43°C) amounts to 93%. The average temperature is 39.1°C. Thermal output with primary temperature of 50°C is 100 W.
