JELUDRY® is special bedding that was developed specifically for poultry breeding purposes. With its extremely high absorbency of up to 800% it promotes barn hygiene and animal health in poultry farms, because the caustic excreta are rapidly absorbed. The bedding dries out again quickly, ensuring a dry environment.
Our animal bedding is a pure natural product made from selected wood. In order to ensure consistent quality, we regularly commission a laboratory to carry out external quality controls.
JELU is an internationally renowned manufacturer of products made from natural fibres such as cellulose, food fibrer and raw fibre concentrates. Using innovative techniques, we process renewable resources to obtain functional and versatile natural fibres. Our fibres, being fully vegetal, improve the characteristics and the production process of modern products in numerous applications. We deliver our products to enterprises all over the world operating in the food industry, the technical industry and in animal breeding.
We are a mid-sized company that has been managed by the Ehrler family for more than two generations. The key factor to our success is continuous improvement and development of our product range. JELU is an independent, mid-sized, family-run business. Our production and storage facilities are located on our eight hectare site in Southern Germany.
