Nucleus is able to impact its selection program thanks to the results of more than 5 million of pigs slaughtered every year. This allows us to guarantee incredible performance to satisfy all the stakeholders along the pork industrial chain : World class breeding performances (PSY; piglet weight at birth, ADG, FCR), outstanding carcass quality (carcass yield, meat percentage, intramuscular fat level), excellent meat quality (color, taste, texture, lean meat rate, drip losses, pH).
