Guangzhou Juyuan Bio-Chem Co, Ltd (Juyuan Bio-Chem) was founded in 2002 as a fine chemical company specialising in the production of high-quality carotenoids.

Only three years later, in 2005, Juyuan Bio-Chem successfully started the first synthesis of canthaxanthin.

At that time, it was the first Chinese company to engage in this complex chemistry, and today it has a global market presence, including Europe, South America and Asia.

Juyuan Bio-Chem has consolidated its position as a producer of the highest quality carotenoids thanks to the application of innovative technologies in its production processes and a strong research and development team.

Juyuan Bio-Chem was also FAMI-QS certified in 2006. The EU directives and regulations on additives in animal feed and national standards are the basis for monitoring and guaranteeing product quality.
