Dr. Graziano Mantovani is the European Strategic Marketing and Technology Lead for Cargill’s Provimi Swine business. Responsible for planning the delivery, launch and management of products and services portfolios on technical and marketing sides.
In his role he is also responsible to develop an industry network with key opinion leaders, R&D and experts as well as Lead the specie team at Europe and Region level

In previous experience he leads the swine technology application initiatives for Southeast Asia. Where he provided technical support to businesses across the region, implementing nutritional and production improvement technologies to help improve production performance and business results for animal producers and feed manufacturers for almost 4 years being based in Manila, Philippines.

Most recently, Dr. Mantovani served as European Technology Deployment Manager for the CAN global swine team. In this role, he led the region’s swine application initiatives for EMEA, working with small and large swine producers in a number of geographies.

He holds a PhD in Animal Nutrition and Food Safety from the University of Milan and Agriculture AgriFood Canada Research Institute in Quebec. Dr. Mantovani has a broad range of expertise in all dimensions of swine nutrition, specializing in piglet nutrition (gut health and nutritional strategies to replace antibiotics) and precision feeding.
