According to “Administrative Measures of Inspection, Quarantine and Supervision on Import and Export Feed and Feed Additives”, and relevant regulations, GACC implement the registration system on the overseas manufacturers from countries or regions which are allowed to export feed and feed additives. The exported feed must be exported from the registered overseas feed manufacturers.

“Administrative Measures for the Registration of Exported Feed and Feed Additives”

Article 3: Overseas enterprises shall apply for import registration with MARA (or MOA) and obtain the Registered License for the exported feed and feed additives when they export feed and feed additives to China for the first time. Overseas enterprise without the registered license mustn’t sell or use the feed and feed additives within the territory of China.

Article 4: Overseas enterprises shall entrust the agencies within China to handle the application of import registration.
