HQ-Flexdoser

Our HQ-Flexdoser is designed to dose your product on any feed system and in any location. The HQ-Flexdoser has various applications for dosing dry products such as vitamins, minerals, dewormers, and medication.

Thanks to its lightweight construction, the HQ-Flexdoser is easy to attach and remove, allowing you to use it in multiple locations. The low-mounted storage container, with its large filling opening, makes it easy to refill and check the stock. The unique HQ-Flexdoser feed system requires no installation height, as the product is dosed upwards. Less than 5 cm of space is needed above the auger!

The built-in mixing wheel prevents bridging and keeps the powders continuously moving, ensuring proper mixing and consistent dosing.

The HQ-Flexdoser is made entirely of stainless steel, equipped with a water- and ammonia-proof motor and controls, and is easy to apply to multiple augers. After use, the doser can be easily cleaned with compressed air or, if needed, water to avoid product cross-contamination. After cleaning, you can easily store the HQ-Flexdoser until the next use, keeping it clean and dry.
