Laying hens manure air drying equipment

The   equipment utilizes the manure conveying system to transfer the manure from   the henhouse to the multi-layer chain plate drying system, then uses the   residual heat discharged from the cooling fan in the henhouse or an   independent ventilation system to dry the manure. After drying, the moisture   of hen manure decreases from 80% to 20%, which can be sold directly or stored   for a long term. During the drying process of the product, there is no   fermentation process and no auxiliary materials are added, which will not   destroy the organic matter that is favorable to the nutrition of crops.   Therefore, dried chicken manure is suitable for fertilizing various crops,   vegetables and fruits with balanced organic matter. Meanwhile, the dried manure   does not produce any odor, which solves the problem of atmospheric pollution   caused by the odor of manure. Besides, the volume of dried chicken manure is   reduced, which also solves the problem of bulk transportation. Chicken   manure, which is difficult to be handled by breeders, can thus be turned from   waste to treasure, and increase the income of breeders at the same time.
