The Liquid Intelligent Feeding System allows for automatic feed control of pigs throughout the farm via a single computer system.
According to different growth stages, physiological stages, fat conditions and seasonal conditions of pigs, the management will summarise and analyse the production data, and can set the feeding method and feeding amount in advance with the data.
Liquid level sensor shows the water quantity in real time, reminds of water shortage, and injects the fresh water in the fresh water tank into the mixing tank.
Fresh water flows through the heating device to keep the liquid material at the right temperature in cold weather.
The feeding winch feeds the dry feed into the mixing tank, which can be used to replace the conventional feed with ground source feed, increasing the diversity of feed ingredients and reducing the cost from the source.
The mixing paddle rotates to stir and mix the feed, and the internal and external circulation mixing mode, the uniformity of the feed in the end trough can reach more than 95%, which enhances the palatability of the feed.
The soluble nutrients in the dry feed are fully dissolved in water, which promotes the growth of stomach fluff, good digestion and absorption by pigs, and the feed conversion rate is also improved.
Opening the valve for feeding house by house, mixing and feeding are fully closed, which reduces the possibility of contamination caused by feed contact with the outside world, thus reducing the chance of feed rancidity in the high temperature season.
According to the preset feeding sequence, the valve automatically opens for feeding.
The use of liquid material effectively reduces the amount of dust generated by the feed in the pig house, reducing the incidence of respiratory diseases in pigs.
High-pressure spray nozzles clean the equipment without dead angle, which can effectively avoid dirt and residue left in the equipment, and after cleaning, ozone sterilisation is carried out on the system to ensure that the environment in the equipment is in a safe state.
