FAQ

In modern farming, the management of feeding is crucial. Traditional feeding methods often face problems such as unclear data, non-standard implementation, and inappropriate feeding taste, resulting in insufficient sow back tags, low breeding rate, obvious weak piglets, and high mortality. This not only affects the production efficiency of the farm, but also causes serious waste of feed and water resources, increases labor input, and reduces PSY indicators.
In order to solve these problems, NANSHANG launched the sow precision feeder, which is an intelligent precision feeding management system designed for sows in the delivery room. The system can realize individualized prenatal and lactation feeding to ensure that sows get reasonable feed and drinking water. Through the innovative touch rod design, the system can accurately discharge feed, and the electromagnetic flow integrated valve can automatically and accurately discharge water and intelligently replenish water, effectively increasing the sow's feed intake and water intake, and improving overall production performance.
The device has an intuitive control panel that displays the number of days of gestation, the number of days of farrowing, the daily supply and the amount of feed consumed in real time, allowing farmers to grasp the status of pigs at any time. The core advantages of the system include:
Quality assurance: We strictly control the entire product chain, from research and development, production to quality inspection, installation and after-sales, to ensure the reliability of quality, delivery and service.
Stability: The equipment adopts a sealed and waterproof design above IP66 to ensure stable operation in various environments and avoid failures.
Convenience: The UI interface is carefully designed, simple and easy to understand, and easy to operate. The lower computer has one-key adjustment of supply and one-key delivery functions, which greatly improves the efficiency of use.
Accuracy: The feeding error is controlled at ±3%, ensuring that each sow can get suitable feed and optimize its growth and health.
Systematic: Data interacts in real time, and the feeding situation of pigs can be controlled at any time, providing strong data support for breeding decisions.
