PolyTex® protective cover

The PolyTex straw and hay bale cover fleece offers an optimum solution for covering hay and straw bales. Made from high-performance continuous fibres, it combines a perfectly balanced ratio of strength and air permeability. Thanks to its very high tear resistance, the fleece remains reliable and stable even in windy weather conditions. Drainage of rainwater is much faster than with conventional staple fibre nonwovens, which prevents the formation of waterlogging. PolyTex is DLG-certified, which emphasises its high quality and functionality. The nonwoven is also characterised by a very long service life. It is not only ideal for covering straw and hay bales, but also for covering grain. The high air permeability ensures less heat build-up and guarantees ideal ventilation so that the quality of the harvest is optimally maintained.
