【Pharmacological   effects】Antiparasitic   drugs. Imidacloprid is a new generation of chloronicotine insecticide,on the   insect's central nervous system postsynaptic nicotinic acetylcholine   receptors with high affinity, can inhibit the activity of acetylcholine,   leading to paralysis and death of parasites.It is effective for adult fleas   and juveniles at all stages and can also kill young fleas in the   environment.The mechanism of action of moxidectin is similar to that of   avermectin and ivermectin.It has good killing effect on parasites in vivo and   in particular nematodes and arthropods.The mechanism of insect repellant   action is to promote the release of neurotransmitter aminobutyric acid (GABA)   that increase its ability to bind to postsynaptic receptors and open chloride   channels.Moxidectin on glutamate-mediated chloride ion channels also have a   high selectivity and affinity, thus interfering with the signal transduction   between the neuromuscular, paralysis of parasites loose, leading to parasite   death.Nematode inhibitory interneurons and excitatory motor neurons are the   site of action, while arthropods act as neuromuscular junctions.Two drugs in   combination, with synergistic effect.Immediately after the first   administration, imidacloprid was rapidly distributed to the canine body   surface on that day and remained throughout the dosing interval.4-9 days   after administration, moxidectin in the dog's plasma concentration reached a   maximum, distributed within one month to the body and slow metabolic   discharge.

【Indications】For   the prevention and treatment of canine in vivo parasitic and ectoparasitic   infection.To Prevent and treat flea infections, louse infections, ear mite   infections, scabies mites and demodex (Demodex mites) , and to treat   angiostrongyliasis and gastrointestinal nematode infections (canis, Ascaris   suis, adult hookworms and hookworms, immature adults and adult larvae of L4,   lion archworm and adult worms).And to be used as adjuvant treatment of   flea-induced allergic dermatitis.
