Organic Fertilizer Compost Machine

The organic fertilizer fermentation tank is vertical sealed structure, adopts high temperature aerobic fermentation principle. It's composed of automatic lifting system,fermentation   cabin, hydraulic drive system,deodorization system, microcomputer control box. Between two layers is filled with thermal insulation high density polyurethane. Effectively keep temperature inside the tank stable and improve the fermentation efficiency. The raw material will be put into the tank inside directly with automatic lifting hopper. As we can see, the machine can be easily operated by microcomputer and also can be controlled by mobile phone.

The fermentation process usually needs to take about 7-12days. At the beginning of the fermentation, it requires suitable conditions such as temperature, moisture and oxygen. During the fermentation, cow dung, chicken manure, pig manure and all kinds of excrement will be disposed effectively .Eggs and pathogenic bacteria will be killed during the process. The fermentation has 4 stages, warming stage, high temperature stage, fall stage and maturity stage, the temperature will be monitored all the time to keep   the machine operation normally. For environmental protection, we install the deodorization system, it is designed with a spray and deodorizing device. The spray method can remove the generated gas and 98% of the   leach-ate, thereby eliminating more than 98% of the pollutants.

Organic fertilizer fermentation tank is mainly for disposing livestock and poultry manure, residual sludge of sewage treatment plants,adopt high temperature aerobic fermentation,to biodegrade the organic matter in the waste, so as to achieve   harmless, stable, energy saving and resource utilization.

Suitable for different kinds of animal waste that from pig farm, cow farm and chicken farm.

After  fermentation,  the  moisture  of  organic  fertilizer  is  about  20%-30%,  which  can  be  packed    and transported directly.
