Photovoltaic systems can be used in places where there is no possibility of connection to the mains electricity, pri marily for the purpose of charging lead-acid accumulators. These systems are supplied partially assembled. The accumulator is connected to the charge controller. The controller will indicate if the charge level of the accumulator is low. The accumulator can be used to power the electric fence energizer, or any low power 12 V DC consumer – telephone charger, 12/230 V inverter, LED bulb, etc.
