CAROB SWEET is a micronized flour obtained by thermal treatment and grinding of carob pulp. Thanks to a modern manufacturing process, the antioxidant activity in CAROB SWEET (total antioxidant activity – TAA) increases significantly because the solubility and amount of phenols is increased (total phenolic content – TPC).
