PREMIUM Rubber-Topper for Pigs

The new comfort slatted floors, measuring 600 mm in width and 300 mm in length, as well as those measuring 500 mm in width and 600 mm

in length, represent the technically optimal solution, combining a high-quality PP-Copo plastic slatted floor as the base (hard component) with a 17 mm-thick rubber mat (soft component) as the surface covering. The new PREMIUM Rubber-Topper for Pigs is DLG certified for slip resistance, abrasion resistance and acid resistance (DLG test report 7603 and certificate dated 15 July 2026). The integrated rubber mat can be replaced even after years of use.

The soft coating ensures a high level of lying comfort for sows and piglets and prevents

teat injuries in heavy sows. Furthermore, the slatted floor is characterised by high slip resistance and

stability. The new comfort slatted floor combines perfectly with open plastic slatted floors from PREMIUMFLOOR to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. In summary, the new rubber topper meets all the requirements for comfortable lying areas in line with today’s animal welfare standards.
