As Technical Director, Tom manages the company’s central warehouse facility in the UK, overseeing production, procurement and R&D. He also leads the Technical team. His extensive experience is instrumental in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of ADF solutions worldwide.

Having been immersed in dairy farming from a young age, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, and his practical understanding of the sector is enhanced by his entrepreneurial background.

Tom is passionate about ADF Milking's collaborative and customer-focused ethos. “It’s a pleasure to work with people who are committed to delivering the best service possible,” he states.
