HQ-Comfort Fog - high-pressure misting

HQ-Comfort Fog adiabatic high-pressure misting is used in various sectors, including livestock farming, greenhouse cultivation, and industry. During periods of drought combined with prolonged high temperatures, animals can suffer from heat stress, which may even lead to increased mortality. HQ-Comfort Fog reduces the ambient temperature and stabilises relative humidity, helping to prevent heat stress and lower mortality rates in animals.

Dust suppression

The HQ-Comfort Fog misting system can be used to suppress dust formation. The high-pressure misting system produces ultra-fine water droplets with an average diameter of 6 microns, which capture and suppress dust particles and other suspended matter < PM10. This allows the system to effectively remove 0.1–1000 µm respirable dust particles from the air. These systems are used in barn ventilation, unloading bays, hopper workshops, conveyor lines, stone crushers, cement plants, recycling facilities and more.
