Weight Detect – See Growth Without Weighing

Weight Detect is a contactless weight monitoring system for pig production. Using computer vision, it automatically estimates pig weight during normal daily activity, without manual weighing, animal handling or interruption to normal behaviour.

A camera positioned above the pen captures the animals, while automated image analysis estimates weight and follows growth over time.

Weight Detect provides practical production information including average weight, daily gain, uniformity, minimum/maximum weight and projected finishing date.

Integrated with ADAMS – our Automated Data Analysis Management System, Weight Detect helps identify growth trends, emerging performance issues and changes in group uniformity, supporting better production planning and marketing decisions.

Weight Detect has been recognised as a Recognised Novelty by the independent DLG Innovation Commission for EuroTier 2026.
