H-Type Automatic   Layer Cage System

Our H-type stacked   layer cage system meets EU animal welfare requirements. Enlarged living space   inside cages is optional for commercial large-scale egg production. Available   in 3–12 tiers, it maximizes poultry house space utilization and saves land   and labor costs.

The cage frame is   manufactured from S550GD high-strength steel with full 275g/㎡ Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium coating.   It features cut-edge self-healing corrosion resistance, outstanding   performance under ammonia and high humidity conditions in poultry houses,   much longer service life than ordinary galvanized steel. The cage mesh uses   highly corrosion-resistant alloy wire with smooth surface to minimize foot   damage for hens. Optimized slope of bottom mesh allows eggs to roll down   gently and reduces egg breakage rate.

The complete system   includes automatic feeding, nipple drinking, automatic egg collection and   belt manure removal system. Rubber-coated driving rollers prevent manure belt   slipping for stable operation and low failure rate.

Matching house   environmental control equipment is available: intelligent lighting,   ventilation, cooling pads and light traps. Electrical components comply with   EU standards with controllable power consumption, supporting remote   monitoring and smart farm management.

Precision welding   ensures robust structure. Sliding cage doors facilitate daily inspection and   hen management. Custom design based on your poultry house dimension and bird   capacity. We provide farm layout planning, installation guidance and   after-sales maintenance service.
