Aluminium housing – safe, robust

The closed aluminium housing acts as a safety barrier and prevents ignition of flammable materials in the rare case of electrical short-circuit, while the earth terminal provides additional protection through the RCCB earthing terminal. A level of protection that puts the AluXheat head and shoulders above standard market IR heating elements.

The high-quality aluminium housing protects the inside of the infrared heater from moisture, emmissions and mechanical load. The element is also IPX9-certified to withstand highpressure water jets.

The special black coating increases heating power by 10-15% compared to its predecessor.

With smart technology inside

A fully-insulated stainless steel filament with hightemperature FEP insulation protects the system against aggressive environmental factors. The closed-cell PIR foam provides reliable protection against water ingress.

The integrated GORE TEX® membrane ensures reliable pressure equalisation, for the controlled escape of air which can expand during heating.
