PARAREVO Kälber-Sicherheits-Selbstfanggitter

PARAREVO – Natural Feeding from Day One

The PARAREVO self-locking feed barrier has been specially developed for calves up to 6 months of age. The design focuses on promoting natural feeding behaviour, providing easy entry and exit, and minimising the risk of injury.

Unlike conventional self-locking feed barriers, PARAREVO operates without a pivot point. The parallel locking bars respond to pressure from the calf’s shoulders. It makes no difference how high the calf’s shoulders are or whether one or both locking bars are touched. The same principle also makes it easier for the calf to leave the barrier.

This allows the calf to exit the feeding space quickly, regardless of its head position – a crucial advantage, particularly in stressful situations. The slightly angled locking bars also allow the calf to take a natural step forward towards the feed.
