MATEK 2.0 has been designed to simplify daily handling in farrowing units and improve working comfort. Its system allows a sow to be secured without lifting any parts, reducing strain on the user’s back and cutting intervention time by up to four times.
Its reinforced structure, with strengthened stainless steel legs, a double-frame overhead structure and robust fixings, ensures long-lasting installation. MATEK 2.0 also includes a protected area for piglets, designed to promote good conditions in the farrowing unit.
This new version features instant locking with a safety stop, as well as a new adjustment system for the side panels to make installation easier and faster. Its lowered tubular frame provides better visibility and also makes it easier for washing robots to pass through.
