Silicone extrusion is ideal for products requiring continuous lengths and a consistent cross-sectional profile. Using precision-engineered tooling, we can manufacture

profiles in a wide variety of shapes, dimensions, colours, hardnesses and material grades.

Our extrusion capabilities include silicone tubing, cords, seals, gaskets and custom profiles, with bespoke tooling available for unique designs. Production can be scaled from prototype and development quantities through to ongoing high-volume manufacture.
