Paddelgigant®

The Paddelgigant® from agriKomp, which was introduced to the market as early as 2002, is one of the most widely used agitators in biogas plants and has proven its high efficiency in numerous applications. The Paddelgigant is available for a wide variety of tanks, whether in different installation heights or with different agitator shaft lengths.

It is a slow-running large-scale agitator that mixes the substrate in the digester according to the tank size and the medium. The bacteria are continuously supplied with fresh food, and the anaerobic degradation of biomass can proceed undisturbed. The Paddelgigant® was developed specifically for structurally complex substrates and high dry matter (DM) contents. This opens up a broader range of substrates for biogas plant operators and can eliminate the need for substrate pretreatment (shredding, chipping, etc.).
