Gutmyria™ (Enteric-Release Myristic Acid for Gut Health)

Gutmyria™ is a natural gut health solution containing ≥30% myristic acid, combining broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity with targeted enteric release. Active against key Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including Clostridium perfringens, Escherichia coli and Salmonella spp., Gutmyria™ is designed to deliver more myristic acid further along the intestinal tract, helping maintain effective local activity where enteric challenges occur.

Its broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity makes Gutmyria™ particularly relevant in production situations involving bacterial enteric challenges, including enteritis and associated signs of intestinal dysfunction such as wet droppings. In swine, Gutmyria™ can also support intestinal health under Brachyspira-associated challenges, including those associated with bloody diarrhea.

Gutmyria™ also provides moderate stand-alone anti-coccidial activity, offering an additional layer of support under coccidial challenge. It can also complement existing anticoccidial programs, with demonstrated improvements in Anticoccidial Index (ACI) when combined with commonly used anticoccidials.
