H-Type Automatic Pullet  Cage System (For Day-old Chicks up to 16 weeks)

Our stacked brooder cage system is specially designed for chicks from day 1 to 16 weeks old, suitable for rearing layer, broiler and breeder chicks. Available in 3–12 tiers. Each tier enables independent temperature and light control to achieve precise environment management during brooding period.

The cage frame adopts S550GD high-strength steel with full 275g/㎡Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium coating. It has cut-edge self-healing anti-corrosion property, excellent resistance to ammonia and high humidity inside poultry houses for long service life. The cage mesh is deburred to prevent scratches on young chicks. The mesh opening is optimized to avoid chicks getting their heads or feet trapped.

The system can be equipped with automatic feeding system and height-adjustable nipple drinking line. The drinking line can be raised or lowered as chicks grow. Optional plastic mat on bottom mesh protects chicks’ legs and feet.

Belt manure removal system is optional. Rubber-coated driving rollers stop manure belt slipping, keeping stable operation and reducing bacteria growth to lower the risk of respiratory diseases for chicks. Separate compartments are convenient for flock grouping management.

We supply brooding-specific lighting and ventilation systems to accurately adjust illumination and lighting hours, complying with EU animal welfare requirements. Electrical components meet EU standards. CE certification is available.
