PerformaNat – for healthy and productive cows

PerformaNat develops innovative complementary feeds for dairy cows with the aim of specifically supporting metabolism, feed efficiency and animal health. Based on their doctoral research, Dr. Julia Rosendahl and Dr. Katharina Schrapers founded PerformaNat as a spin-off from Freie Universität Berlin. At PerformaNat, we combine scientific research with practical experience from the dairy barn.

Our aim is to develop solutions that not only prove themselves in the lab, but also work in everyday farm practice: easy to use, clear in their mode of action and close to the daily challenges of farmers. We also support our customers with personal, professional and practical advice.

Our focus is on cows that start lactation stably, stay healthy and can make better use of their performance potential. Because every sick cow costs time, energy and money. With our products, we help cushion metabolic challenges earlier, reduce the workload on farms and support dairy farmers in keeping healthy, productive and long-lasting cows in their herds.
