Feed Import Registration Certificate

According to Article 3 of Order No. 2 of 2014 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Registration of Imported Feed and Feed Additives, "Overseas enterprises exporting feed and feed additives to China for the first time shall apply for import registration with the Ministry of Agriculture and obtain an import registration certificate for feed and feed additives; those who have not obtained an import registration certificate shall not be sold or used within China.

According to Article 14 of Announcement No. 20 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China on the Management Measures for Pet Feed, "Overseas pet feed production enterprises that export pet compound feed or pet additive premix feed to China shall entrust the overseas enterprise's office or agent in China to apply for registration with the competent agricultural administrative department of the State Council and obtain an import registration certificate in accordance with the law.
