PRP Series gear motor

This model is available in two output shaft speed options (3 and 6 rpm), so it can be adapted to different types of applications: side opening with rack & pinion system in small/medium structures, up to down lifting curtains, rolling vents with telescopic arm, and elevation of feeders/drinkers.

The gear motor can be supplied with the mounting plate (for wall or ceiling setting), and protection cover for external application.

and pulley (single or double) for wall or ceiling setting.

The gear motor comes with a ø27mm stainless-steel shaft with option for direct connection to the roll-up tube, with a chain coupling option, or for telescopic arm connection. We have an option to mount a universal output shaft, which can be used both for direct connection to rolling tube and for connection to a telescopic arm, allowing us to have a single product for two different applications.

It is supplied with a limit switch with double safety micro-sensor to avoid phase reversal. The limit switch can be mechanically regulated internally and, on request, it can be supplied with potentiometer.

On customer’s demand, the equipped limit switch can operate at 15-30-45 shaft revolutions per minute. The gearbox case is in sandblasted aluminium and its components (worm screw/gear) are mounted on bearings. The gear motor is furnished with a hex socket screw that allows the manual use of the unit, in case of blackout, with a battery-operated screwdriver. The equipped standard motors work with 50-60 Hz frequency, can be supplied with the UL/CSA Certification and/or in single-phase power with double capacitor or circuit breaker for a higher starting current.
