The New „TRANSPORTLINE“ Series with mit Dolly Chassis from BSA

For reliable slurry transport over longer distances via tractor or agricultural truck

With the new TRANSPORTLINE series, the slurry technology specialist BSA, a company of the Bauer Group, guarantees flexible slurry transport options even over longer distances.

For various reasons, it is becoming increasingly necessary to transport slurry. On the one hand, there are certain regions with increased slurry demand, necessitating the transport of larger quantities of slurry to these areas. On the other hand, transport routes themselves are becoming longer. Today, slurry storage is further away from the application site than in the past. Additionally, application techniques are specializing in pure application tankers that remain in the field, with slurry transfer occurring at the field edge, making the process more efficient and effective.

Changing conditions require new solutions. Therefore, we at BSA have developed a new transport series. The new series offers farmers the possibility to transport slurry either with a tractor or with agricultural trucks to the field. With this expansion of our product portfolio, we can assure our partners that they have a full-liner by their side. Everything from one source – distribution and transport tankers.

Thanks to a variety of equipment options, the new TRANSPORTLINE series is versatile and can be perfectly adapted to the needs of the operation. Thus, we have an efficient solution not only for contractors but also for farmers.

The new TRANSPORTLINE series consists of the Transport Tanker (TTW) and the BMT (BAUER-Multi-Trailer) and is available in two options:

· TRANSPORTLINE with fixed bolted dolly chassis (one approval)

· TRANSPORTLINE with kingpin – with or without dolly chassis (one or two approvals)

On the one hand, as a transport tanker with Dolly chassis and kingpin for use on agricultural trucks.

On the other hand, as a transport tanker with Dolly chassis on a turntable and fixed connection for use with tractors.

The new TRANSPORTLINE series is available in sizes 200, 220, 240, 260, and 280. 

The new series is available in two different variants:

1. TRANSPORTLINE with pump

2. TRANSPORTLINE Air with vacuum compressor

The TRANSPORTLINE series impresses with high-quality standard equipment:

- NW 200 docking device

Additionally, the TTW can be equipped with a range of options:

- 6000 eccentric screw pump with hydraulic drive

- NW 250 docking instead of NW 200

- Docking rear bottom left or right NW 250 or NW 200

- Suction left/right NW 150 or double nozzle with 2x NW 150

- Suction rear swivel NW 150

- Tires 550/60 R22.5 Alliance 885

- Tanker painting in desired color

- Rim painting in desired color

- 60 km/h approval

The BAUER-Multi-Trailer (BMT) consists of an air-suspended chassis. Optionally, the BMT can be equipped with its own oil supply and cooler, so the pump can be driven flawlessly. The BMT comes standard with a hydraulic support leg. The front wagon can either be firmly bolted to the TTW or dismantled using the kingpin to move other vehicles with it. In the version with kingpin, the BMT has its own vehicle documents and requires its own approval.
