Powerful labeling

The Egg-Jet BAN5 is ideal for medium and large companies that require a high degree of flexibility and automation and want to label many eggs in a short space of time. With five print heads, it achieves a much higher performance than its little brother, the Egg-Jet BAN1, which has just one print head. The eggs can be labeled with a combination of producer number, producer name, laying date and/or best-before date.

The user-friendly device impresses with its simple and robust design. It combines maximum flexibility with minimal maintenance. The Egg-Jet BAN5 has five print heads. The egg trays are automatically pushed under the print heads on the integrated conveyor belt, which label the rows of eggs simultaneously. The print heads are height-adjustable and also adapt to each egg individually. This achieves a high printing speed and the best printing quality. The labeling is done using ink cartridges with food-safe egg ink. The ink consumption can be set to 4 levels. Up to 99 different print templates can be stored, which are selected using the quick selection switch. The templates are graphic-capable for free design with fonts, symbols and logos and various automatic date functions. A mobile substructure and a roller conveyor for 3 or 6 egg trays on the output side are available as options.
