Powerful labeling

The Egg-Jet Sprinter is specially designed for installation on various farm packers and offers a high degree of flexibility and automation. With its five or six print heads, it achieves the same high performance as the farm packer. The eggs can be labeled with a combination of producer number, producer name, laying date and/or best before date.

The user-friendly device impresses with its simple and robust design. It combines maximum flexibility with minimal maintenance. The Egg-Jet Sprinter has five or six print heads, depending on the farm packer model. The egg trays are automatically pushed under the print heads on the farm packer's conveyor belt, which label the rows of eggs at the same time. The print heads are height-adjustable and also adapt to each egg individually. This achieves the best print quality. The labeling is done using an ink cartridge with food-safe egg ink. The ink consumption can be set to 4 levels. Up to 99 different print templates can be stored, which are selected using the quick selector switch. The templates are graphic-capable for free design with fonts, symbols and logos and various automatic date functions.
