DOL 44 and iDOL 44

The DOL 44 and iDOL 44 are 30 mm capacitive sensors for the detection of feed, grain, and solids with relay output and switching functions. The sensors can be used for level control of silos and containers. In addition, filling and emptying processes can also be controlled. 

DOL 44 and iDOL 44 are highly immune to noise from electrical communication technology (e.g., mobile phones) and transients (e.g., motors or switching devices). The IP69K protection class offers the greatest possible protection against water and other liquids, e.g., when cleaning livestock houses. 

The DOL 44 and iDOL 44 have full temperature compensation. The very robust sensor with EMC protection is washproof.  The sensor can be used near frequency converters. iDOL 44 is based on DOL 44 and allows you to set up and adjust the parameters and settings via a wireless interface. 

Together with the SmartAdjust app on the smartphone, the iDOL 44 is both easier to use and more flexible than other capacitive feed sensors. The SmartAdjust app provides the user with more parameters than a conventional sensor with two trimmers that need to be operated using a screwdriver. This gives you a more flexible sensor that can be tailored to the individual needs of the user. The iDOL 44 sensor is also much easier to use and understand. Parameters are set up using the user-friendly and easy-to-understand user interface.
