DOL 27 and iDOL 27 Capacitive Sensor

DOL 27 and iDOL 27 are 30 mm capacitive sensors for the detection of loose and solid material. They have an LED indication of the sensor status. The DOL 27 and iDOL 27 capacitive sensors are immune to EMI, short circuits, and overload, which means that they don’t  burn out in the event of installation errors. 

The sensors are also equipped with IP69k and NEMA 1/12/13/4/6/3 environmental protection. They consume very little power in off state, making parallel operation of sensors on the same contact generator possible. This is why the sensors are uniquely suited to controlling cross augers. 

The DOL 27 has easy trimmer adjustment on a 240° single turn trimmer with linear or non-linear scale. The iDOL 27 can be easily adjusted using the SmartAdjust app. The SmartAdjust app can be downloaded for all iDOL products from Google Play or App Store. Simply scan the QR code on the product or browse the App Store.
