Combiboard's Zeta system is used worldwide as an enclosure around Lely milking robots. In this project, in collaboration with Lely Center Nancy in France, Zeta panels were installed to protect the Lely robot and its surrounding equipment while keeping the space hygienic and easy to maintain.
The panels are lightweight and simple to install, without the need for heavy materials such as prefab concrete elements. Zeta is available in wall thicknesses of 100 and 175 mm, produced and delivered to the required length, with additional profiles such as 90-degree corners and U-profiles for a clean, seamless finish around the robot.
Once installed, the individual profiles are filled with concrete, combining a smooth plastic top layer with the stability of concrete underneath, resulting in a robot room that is hygienic, impact-resistant, and low-maintenance.
Combiboard's plastic wall systems are designed for demanding agricultural environments, offering a durable, low-maintenance alternative to concrete, wood, and steel.
