For a long-standing customer, Combiboard supplied a range of panels from the Gamma product line for a new pig barn. The panels were produced in custom lengths and dimensions, then fitted precisely throughout the barn to match the client's specific layout.
Gamma panels offer a seamless, smooth finish that resists bacterial build-up and stays easy to clean, contributing to a hygienic environment for the animals. Their structural strength also makes them durable under intensive daily use, resulting in a longer lifespan and lower maintenance costs.
Fire safety was a key requirement for this project. The Gamma profiles weigh at least 12 kg per m² and meet the DIN EN 13501-1: B-s2, d0 fire classification, making the system well suited to the strict fire safety demands in livestock housing.
