The Bundesverband Rind und Schwein (BRS) will introduce its work and provide an overview of suckler cow farming and beef cattle breeding in Germany. The presentation will also put the diversity of beef cattle breeds into context. The BRS will introduce the Angus, Hereford and Wagyu breeds and provide insights into their respective characteristics.
