Agricultural Engineer from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (Barcelona) and Master's degree in Flavour Science from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (Terrassa). He is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications, technical articles and book chapters, and has contributed to the development of several patented innovations in animal nutrition and food science. Throughout his career, he has led the design and development of innovative flavouring systems, feed additives and premixtures, combining scientific research with practical industrial applications. He currently serves as Technical Manager of the Application Laboratory and Product Design (R&D) at HealthTech Bio Actives (HTBA), where he leads the development of science-based solutions for animal nutrition. Previously, he held several technical and production management positions at Ferrer, including Head of Animal Feed Additive Premixtures, Sweeteners and Flavourings Production, Head of the Food Flavouring Plant, and Technical Supervisor of the Flavourings and Additive Blending Plant, building over 25 years of experience in flavour science, product innovation and industrial manufacturing.
