SILOKING SelfLine: The benchmark for efficient, precise and convenient feeding for 20 years

With the introduction of the first SelfLine feed mixer model with its three-point chassis,

SILOKING laid the foundation for a lasting success story. Two decades later, SelfLine models are in use on farms around the world, proving their worth day after day. "The conveniently low entry, the compact design and the high performance of this series set a clear direction right from the market launch: precise, comfortable and, above all, timesaving feeding in one-man operation, thus sustainably increasing people's quality of life and the profitability of the farm. Our development engineers have consistently pursued this line. The fact that around 4,000 SelfLine feed mixers have been sold worldwide till now is also a sign that we have made real progress possible for agricultural practice," says General Manager and owner Georg Mayer.

Continuous further development

With the SelfLine System 1000+, a further development was introduced in 2009 which, with a three-axle chassis and maximum power, which enables particularly gentle mixing and feeding of large quantities of feed. This was the first time that a Self-propelled system was specially developed for large farms with 1,000 cows and more. The introduction of the 4.0 models in 2015 marked another milestone in the rich innovations’ history of the SelfLine series.

Today, the SelfLine series stands for all-in-one Self-propelled feed mixers from 13 m³ to 32 m³. They are maneuverable, agile, compact and powerful. The machines are equipped with all SILOKING innovations for maximum operational safety and efficiency from loading to mixing and discharge. "This year's innovations:

SILOKING DryScan®, the silver medal-awarded SILOKING heavy-duty magnet for removing foreign ferritic particles or the option of operating the feed mixers with environmentally friendly HVO fuel underline the innovative character of SILOKING," remarks Georg Mayer.

"24-hour service, close cooperation with sales partners, intensive after-sales support and intensive training at the SILOKING Service and Training Centre are the basis for our success. We are proud of 20 years of SelfLine and will continue to put our heart and soul into developing innovative solutions for agriculture in the future. In pursuit of this goal, we are currently investing in the largest factory extension in our company's history to date. With the expansion of our production area from the current 5,900 m² to 13,800 m², which will be realised in 2025, we are equipping ourselves for the future," concludes Georg Mayer.
