SILOKING Ignites a Burst of Innovations at the EuroTier

Next Level in Dairy Cow Feeding with SILOKING DryScan

The new SILOKING DryScan system, integrated into the SILOKING assistance systems and software applications, enables feeding according to dry matter for every farm. In contrast, the feeding of ruminants has so far been based primarily on calculating the ration according to fresh matter, where loading the feed mixer wagon has proven to be inaccurate and inefficient for various reasons. Additionally, previous approaches to determining dry matter involved a considerable investment of time and money. Thanks to its unrivaled price-performance ratio, loading and feeding based on dry matter is now becoming the new SILOKING standard in dairy cattle feeding.

Innovation Award EuroTier 2024: Easier and Safer Removal of Metallic Foreign Objects with the New SILOKING Heavy-Duty Magnet

With the innovative magnet design from SILOKING, the housing can now be removed from the magnet - unlike all other products on the market. This means that users can now clean the housing at the outside of the hopper. The holding force of the magnet is withdrawn, and the ferritic foreign objects can be easily removed. At the same time, the risk of injury from the mixing auger/knives is eliminated. The magnet housing, made of stainless steel, is not ferritic and is designed so that it does not interfere with the mixing process. The top surface, which is subject to friction and wear from the feed movement, is made of the proven "wear miracle" SILONOX to ensure long service life.
