The BAUER Group presents a significant update for their popular Plug & Play separators. From now on, all models are also available with height adjustment, allowing for even more flexible adaptation to operational situations.

The Plug & Play system is a compact, mobile unit where all components are connected in a confined space: from the feed pump to the pipes to the electronic control. The Plug & Play can be quickly and easily transported to any location and is ready for use with just a few simple steps: disconnect, load, and move to the next site. The system is versatile and suitable for producing high-quality bedding from cattle slurry, optimal processing of pig slurry, substrate production in biogas plants, or waste processing in the food industry.

Plug & Play Elevator

Equipped with a platform that can be adjusted up to 4.3 meters in height using hydraulic cylinders, the Plug & Play is now also available as an elevator version. This allows the separated solid material to be transported directly from the separator, eliminating the need for cumbersome loading with a front loader or setting up a conveyor belt, making the separation process even more efficient.

With these improvements, BAUER once again sets new standards in separation technology, offering innovative solutions for productive and flexible operations.
