Spaltenboden neu gedacht: espaFLEX ist die innovative, emissionsmindernde Spaltenauflage von KRAIBURG. Das zukunftsweisende Produkt wurde mit dem DLG-Neuheiten-Preis „Innovation Award EuroTier 2024“, eine der führenden Auszeichnungen der internationalen Agrarbranche, in Silber prämiert.

Dank der ausgeklügelten Konstruktion der Laufgangmatte für Spaltenböden kann das Schlitzbild variabel gestaltet und so die Schlitzanzahl deutlich reduziert werden, wodurch die Ammoniak-Freisetzung reduziert wird. Gleichzeitig leitet das beidseitige Gefälle von 3 % in der Gummimatte Flüssigkeiten schnell und zuverlässig ab. Die Ergebnisse: trockene, gesunde Klauen und weniger Ammoniak. Zugleich bietet espaFLEX tiergerechten Laufkomfort sowie hohe Tritt- und Rutschsicherheit.

Slatted floor rethought: espaFLEX is the innovative, emission-reducing slatted flooring by KRAIBURG. The trendsetting product was awarded the DLG “Innovation Award EuroTier 2024”, one of the leading awards within the international agricultural industry, in silver.

Thanks to the ingenious design of the walking alley mat for slatted floors, the slit pattern can be varied, thereby significantly reducing the overall number of slits and minimizing ammonia release. Moreover, the 3 % slope on both sides of the rubber mat allows liquids to drain quickly and reliably. The results: Dry, healthy hooves and less ammonia. At the same time, espaFLEX ensures animal-friendly walking comfort and excellent slip resistance.
